He is known for aligning employee well-being with organizational performance—helping leadership teams reduce risk, improve engagement, and build sustainable growth.
Throughout his career, Patrick has held leadership and consultative roles with nationally recognized organizations including TriNet, CBIZ, Paychex, Ceridian, and Human Resources Inc. He has partnered closely with executive teams in both the private and public sectors to design comprehensive HR infrastructures that integrate benefits optimization, wellness programming, compliance guidance, payroll solutions, retirement planning, and risk management.
A strong advocate for mental wellness in the workplace, Patrick emphasizes that employee mental health is not just a benefit—it is a business imperative. He works with organizations to implement proactive mental health strategies, employee assistance programs, wellness education, and culturally competent support systems that foster resilience, reduce burnout, and strengthen organizational culture. A graduate of Loyola University Maryland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Patrick combines business acumen with a strong commitment to service. He has also has volunteered for over two decades as a Meal Coordinator with So Others May Eat, supporting poverty alleviation efforts in the Washington, DC community.
